Carcass is made from HMR 16mm PB. Wall cabinets includes Door(s), solid back, bottom, top, left & right ends (gables) and shelf(s). The bottom of the ends (gables) are pre-edged and if the back is a planted back, then the bottom of the back is also pre-edged. See the “General Construction”.
Design: One to Two doors - depending on width; zero or 1-6 shelves - standard 1 Shelf. We do offer some special features, such as Framed Doors for glass inserts. We do not supply the glass but will supply the Door frames in the following styles.

All Hardware for assembly, Door(s) and Hinges are included - Handles excluded (but see: Handles
Wall (Upper) cabinets do not really have a Standard Height - but Depth should be minimum 320 - 350mm (to fit dinner plates) - and maximum 500mm (inclusive of Door thickness) to prevent overloading strain.
All Hardware for assembly, Door(s), Hinges and Plastic Adjustable feet are included .

Height = Door Height Only (this does not include height of the Adjustable Legs/Kickboard or the thickness of the bench top).
Example: If a 900mm High over-all Bench height is desired:
900mm – Bench Top thickness (E.G.: 34mm) – Kickboard Height (E.G.: 146mm) = Cabinet Height 720mm.
Width = Outside Width of the Carcase (Cabinet) - excluding any Coloured Panels that may be required to be screwed on later.
Minimum size 150mm for Laminated doors, 220mm for Vinyl Wrap or Polyurethane doors with a Profile.
Depth = Outside Depth of the Cabinets including the thickness of the Door (or Drawer Front)
Shelf(s) Required = Specify number of shelves required from 0 -7. Normally ONE for Cabinets < 750mm and 5-6 for Pantry cabinets. Cabinet price is adjusted for number specified.
Shelves = Choose between either Fixed or Adjustable type shelving.
Shelf set-in from Front in mm = Specify "0" if shelf is to be flush with the door, often this is specified as 85mm for Base cabinets and 15mm for Upper cabinets. It makes looking at shelf contents much easier.
Door Hang=" Select Right, Left or None as required.
Soft Close? = Special Soft Close Hinges can be used, at a extra cost of $6.00 per hinge, or $12 per Door < 900mm in Height. Greater Height needs more hinges, up to 5 for >2100mm
Push to Open mechanism = Instead of using door handles this mechanism will open the door after a good push- extra cost is $25 per Door.
Carcass up 20mm? = Instead of Door handles to open a Upper unit, or using a "Push to Open mechanism" we can make the Door overhang by 20mm to serve as a grip - (actually make the carcass 20mm less in height).
Specify the cabinet Height as equal to the Door height. Extra cost is just $20 per unit (not per door!).
Door Style - Material Finish

At the end of all your product ordering you MUST specify (using STEP 5: Colours & Profiles) your choice of Colour and Finish; you must have a colour choice for each product Style selected - the colour can either apply to one of: Doors & Drawers, Panels or Kickboards, or ALL of these.
You can mix different Product styles in an order, for example Painted Doors with Vinyl Wrap Panels, each with its own Colour and Profile- BUT if you want different colours for different products in a particular Style (for example Doors are specified In Beige, but you want Drawers in Light Green) then you should make a separate Order for these. (and let us know so we can ensure correct Discount calculations over both Orders.)
"Special Requests" can be used to: (for example) state you preferred Door Gap measure e.g. 1mm (in place of our standard 1.5mm); or any other need e.g. 'No shelf holes to be drilled'.
"Your Reference" is any reference you may want to make, for example to your Design Sketch/Drawing.
When you [CLICK] on the "Add To Quote" button the Product specifications are listed on a 'Shopping List' ( "Shopping Cart") that identifies all Products that you have selected".
Only when you are ready and the Items have been validated for consistency on YOUR PC will you be prompted to submit your personal details and the contents of the shopping cart to the central system for a final QUOTE.
Your data will be stored for some 12 days on your PC to allow easy order specification.
